Habits

"We first make our habits, then our habits make us." John Dryden


I've read several studies that suggest it takes an average of three weeks to form a good habit and even less to form a bad one. It really got me thinking about my own habits....

Bad Habits:
too many sweets
not washing my face before bed
going to bed too late
daydreaming at work
procrastinating

Good Habits:
riding my bike
journaling
lunchtime nap
calling my family
regular medical check-ups

Desired Good Habits:
flossing
weight training
studying (I'm going back to school)
